Slumberly is a mobile app that helps young adults with busy, screen-heavy lifestyles rediscover calm at the end of the day. Instead of focusing on sleep itself, it addresses what leads to a restful night: a healthy nighttime routine.

Going beyond a time planner, Slumberly applies behavioral science to help users design and carry out bedtime rituals with ease. It guides users to plan an ideal wind-down window, choose suitable activities, and automatically prepare their environment at bedtime, intentionally minimizing decision fatigue and cognitive load.

When routines are disrupted by social media or busy days, Slumberly responds with flexibility rather than guilt. Gentle push notifications guide users back on track, while 10-minute meditation sessions offer quick calm. Reflection is central to the experience: daily check-ins and long-term pattern visualization offer insights that allow routines to evolve naturally with each user.

By balancing emotional care with functional clarity, Slumberly makes building a healthy bedtime routine feel human, adaptive, and sustainable.
