Millions of households in Germany need access to our fast fiber networks. In order to lay fiber optic cables into every home, we have to coordinate hundreds of construction companies nationwide simultaneously – and arrange each construction step individually with customers, landlords or property managers. To offer everyone full transparency and planning security, we have developed the Fiber Hub: an easily accessible central platform, that orchestrates all steps automatically and where customers can participate live in the expansion progress. The Fiber Hub translates complex building processes into an easy-to-understand, effortless experience.

Fiber Hub tackles the problems of coordination among multiple stakeholders, and the need for personalized information. It eliminates uncertainty about the next steps and the right people to contact. The platform streamlines the coordination of work on private and municipal lands and accommodates the intricacies of various construction processes and buildings.

Fiber Hub offers a clear and understandable user interface that explains technical processes in accessible language. This makes it easier for users to understand and implement the complex processes involved in fiber optic expansion.

Easy access via Crypto links: secure, unique links that allow users to access Fiber Hub without the need for traditional login. To coordinate appointments, share information, edit tasks and schedule resources.

Customized information: Fiber Hub considers the multiple roles and responsibilities of different users, so that they only have access to information and functions that are relevant to their respective roles.
