Founder of Solloshi Design, Richard Solloshi has been involved in architecture and interior design for 20 years. With over 100 successful projects under his belt he has gained extensive knowledge in the field of metalworking, with a special focus on high-tech, light, but strong materials such as 7075 aluminium alloy and titanium.
After four years of development and prototyping, Richard has entered the market with his hallmarked products under his own name. The journey started with cigar accessories designed for the finest connoisseurs who appreciate the luxury touch and utility only a precision crafted item can provide.
The range of items has since expanded and now involves a wider variety of cigar accessories, bank card holders, lighters and bracelets. Solloshi revisits and reinterprets everyday objects of his choosing, transforming them into true masterpieces through meticulous design and the application of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. His mission is to redefine the idea of practical luxury through advanced manufacturing technologies, precision engineering and to pour his passion into these luxurious objects.
Solloshi is dedicated to making ultra-high-quality masterpieces out of high-end, 21st century materials, with a special focus on titanium. This high-tech material requires specialized skills in design and manufacturing. Despite the fact that this level of precision and design requires countless hours of engineering, almost all Solloshi creations are limited editions to preserve their unique nature – and absolutely all collections are limited, low quantity production. The choice of raw materials and manufacturing technology (CNC milling form single blocks of titanium) designates the potential target market without question.
With his luxury cigar accessories, he aims at setting a new standard for cigar connoisseurs. He believes that an exotic cigar deserves no less than the best accessory which preserves its subtle aromas and complements the quality standard of a Cohiba Behike. Similarly to the cigar accessories line, other Solloshi accessories – such as the lighter, card holder, nautical bracelet, money clip and so on– stand as the embodiment of uncompromising quality and timeless design.
