More and more people choose fitness as their lifestyle; however, for others, it can be challenging to have a customized workout plan and stick with it. Many factors contributed to this situation, such as lack of motivation/guidance. From the research, it’s known that there’s a lack of a digitalized way to set up users’ workout plans and import them into wearable devices. We targeted the user population mainly from young adult to mid-age people who want to have a more regular workout session to live a healthier lifestyle.
