This is a series of new concrete batching machines based on the improvement of existing concrete mixing processes, aimed at application in the concrete production industry to replace manual platform scales or traditional volumetric measurement with more precise and high-quality control.
In conventional batching machines, when the discharge port is closed, large-grain raw materials often get stuck between the discharge plate and the outlet, preventing the outlet from sealing and allowing smaller particles to continue leaking out, disrupting the proportion of concrete raw materials and affecting the quality of the final product.
To address this issue, the design team redesigned the discharge plate structure into an inner plate and outer frame. When large-grain materials are trapped between the discharge plate and the outlet, the drive mechanism continues to rotate the outer frame, while the inner plate slides relative to the outer frame, compressing the elastic reset mechanism. This allows the large-grain materials to fall into the weighing hopper, avoiding blockage. Meanwhile, the elastic reset mechanism automatically returns the inner plate to its original position, ensuring the discharge plate seals the outlet and improving the precision of raw material proportioning and the quality of the final concrete product.
