The Moving Desk is designed to meet the unique needs of open office environments, balancing personal space with seamless collaboration. Open offices foster communication but can also lead to distractions and reduced concentration due to the lack of physical barriers. This design addresses these issues while promoting efficient workflows.

A primary challenge in open offices is the lack of defined personal space, which becomes inconvenient when moving between areas or attending meetings. The Moving Desk offers a practical solution by providing an adjustable partition that allows users to create a personal space, while still facilitating easy communication with nearby colleagues. The partition, made of PET-based acoustic felt, helps to reduce noise, contributing to a more focused work environment.

The desk also features a mobile workstation that detaches from the main desk, enabling users to transport their entire workspace to different locations. This mobile workstation includes a whiteboard top that can be detached and used for immediate collaboration, adding functionality to the workspace. Additionally, the mobile desk is height-adjustable and includes built-in storage for convenience.

A unique locking mechanism ensures the workstation stays securely in place when not in use, while the press-button system allows users to easily detach and relocate the workstation as needed.

With its flexible design, the Moving Desk allows users to transition smoothly between spaces, improving mobility, and enhancing productivity in open office settings. It offers an innovative, functional, and efficient solution to meet the dynamic needs of modern workplaces.
