Minimal construction, e.g. using interlacing adjustable straps instead of buckles enhances wearing comfort. The lightweight, breathable and washable patented smart textile is made of silver-coated conductive yarn and polyester yarn recycled from 2 PET bottles. It is fabricated by 3D seamless knitting with zero wastage to integrate sustainability in all aspects. It heats up in 30 seconds when plugged with a rechargeable slim power bank and is indiscernible from regular knits. The temperature will be around 104°F with a feeling like wearing a t-shirt under the sun at noontime. As the temperature sensation is very personal, the control and mobile app provide 5 heat-setting levels with a 15/30/60-minute timer.
